Shipping policy pertaining to ALL SHOES: 

ALL SHOES SHIPPING IS FREE

Once order is placed it takes about 24-48 hours for tracking # to generate. Once it generates, shipping will then take 5-7 Business days. We will keep you well informed the entire time. If there are any delays we will notify you. Please keep in mind that From October-February shipping may have a delay based upon weather and package increase around the holidays. Unless we notify you of delay you can expect the normal process. In any case we will monitor very closely until your order gets delivered.  DHL system has a lag when it comes to updating. If the order seems like it hasn't started moving that doesn't mean it isn't moving. Once it updates it usually already is in your state and close to delivery. At any rate you can feel free to contact us at any time. We are human so we understand having questions. Please note that shoes ship straight from one of the main factories. As you know most shoes are made out side the US mostly from (Hong Kong or Singapore) just because they ship from there doesn't mean shipping takes longer. They are all shipped via express. So you will get them BRAND NEW Never even opened aside from the factory.
